What is SalonBEEE?+
SalonBEEE is a technology-driven platform that connects customers with salons. Customers use the SalonBEEE Booking app to discover salons and book appointments, and salon owners use the BEEE Partner app to manage their salon profile.
How can I book an appointment?+
Download the SalonBEEE Booking app, search for a salon, select the service and appointment slot you want, and pay the booking confirmation fee to secure your appointment. See our How to Book an Appointment page for the full step-by-step guide.
Where can I download the SalonBEEE Booking App?+
The SalonBEEE Booking app is available on Google Play.
How can I find a salon?+
Use the search and browse features in the SalonBEEE Booking app to find salons near you or in the area you’re interested in.
How can I select a service?+
Open a salon’s profile in the app to view the services it offers, along with prices, and choose the one you’d like to book.
What is the booking confirmation fee?+
The booking confirmation fee is the payment made through the app at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot with the salon.
How will I receive booking confirmation?+
Once your booking confirmation fee payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment details in the app.
Can I cancel my appointment?+
Cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that page for details.
What happens if there is no salon available in my city?+
SalonBEEE is expanding city by city. If no salon partners have registered in your city yet, salons won’t appear when you search there — check back as more salons join the platform.

What is BEEE Partner?+
BEEE Partner is the dedicated SalonBEEE application for salon owners and partners, used to create and manage a salon profile on the platform.
How can I register my salon?+
Download the BEEE Partner app and follow the guided profile setup. See our How to Register Your Salon page for the full step-by-step guide.
Is salon registration free?+
Yes. SalonBEEE does not charge a fee to register your salon through the official platform.
How does the approval process work?+
After you submit your salon profile, it goes through SalonBEEE verification and approval before it becomes visible to customers.
When will my salon become visible?+
Your salon becomes visible to customers only after your submitted profile has been reviewed and approved — submission alone does not make it visible automatically.
Can I update my salon profile?+
Yes, salon profile details can be managed from the BEEE Partner app.
How can I add services and prices?+
Services, pricing, and service images can be added and managed as part of your salon profile in the BEEE Partner app.
How can I receive bookings?+
Once your salon profile is approved and live, customers can discover your salon and book appointments through the SalonBEEE Booking app.
